After months of learning the market, the user group we were targeting & the aesthetic we were trying to emulate, a second round of web development blossomed. This phase of web design focus on the professionalism we want associated with Bipty. Using our tagline of "The Airbnb of Fashion," much of the new design was inspired from the cleanliness and usability of Airbnb's website.

Initial user testing led four phases of refinement. After each phase was updated with the needed changes, a small focus group was walked through the new prototype. Once the four phases were completed and tested, the final prototype was tested by a large group of the target market users, women between 18-28. User testing was conducted virtually over Zoom.
To promote rental urgency, "Today's Borrows" highlighted how pieces were rented each day. "Borrower Recap" highlighted borrowers wearing their rented pieces.
Merchandised & promoted pieces based on pop culture. Pieces worn on The Bachelor, at The Met Gala, etc.
New pieces listed for rent were promoted weekly via Instragram feed & stories.
