recurate
dashboard ui & ux
Backend dashboard was build from scratch to assist brands in managing their resale program: viewing analytics, manage submissions & listings, bulk upload brand supply, order management, fulfillment, shipping, billing, setting, etc.
V1
V1 was created quickly & simultaneously with the onboarding of a large client. Due to the tight timeline, initial and quick iterations took place constantly. Key elements that were included were the brand image - if no brand image, the item has not been nested with a master product & therefore must be reviewed more intensely, condition, description, and pricing. Lastly seller images were added to quickly identify if the seller's item are correctly matched to the master product.
V3
After multiple rounds of internal user testing and feedback on V2 of the dashboard, V3 utilized much more screen real estate to display the essential information a brand admin would need to know in order to quickly & effectively approve or deny a listing. V3 became less focus on Recurate branding, neutralized the color palette and created custom dashboard settings to incorporate the brand's colors & logos. Functionality to bulk select, bulk approve or bulk deny were added. New tabs to view "active" & "denied" listings, eventually "paused," "sold," "disputed," etc. were added.
