As the lead UX designer I was able to contribute cross functionally within Recurate, from designing brand & sales demos to transactional emails, user flows & Shopify app design. Working closely with the rest of the product time to design of each PDR for new functionality, features, etc.

I had the honor to design for some amazing brands (shown below). Some brands are still in the works and therefore confidential.

Mapping out user journeys offered numerous benefits, not only to the product, but to the internal team, onboarding new hires & share how the product functions with brand partners.

Designed for three sets of user groups in mind: sellers, buyers of resale & brand admins.

To promote rental urgency, "Today's Borrows" highlighted how pieces were rented each day. "Borrower Recap" highlighted borrowers wearing their rented pieces.

Merchandised & promoted pieces based on pop culture. Pieces worn on The Bachelor, at The Met Gala, etc.

I've had the opportunity to design for & work with some of the top brands in the world; some only a mock ecommerce prototype to pitch, others were onboarded & launched.

user testing

Initial user testing led four phases of refinement. After each phase was updated with the needed changes, a small focus group was walked through the new prototype. Once the four phases were completed and tested, the final prototype was tested by a large group of the target market users, women between 18-28. User testing was conducted virtually over Zoom.
